The Yankees have recalled right-handed pitcher Brooks Kriske from the alternate training site, the team announced on Saturday.
Kriske, 27, made four appearances for the Yankees last season, his first as a big leaguer. He allowed six runs in 3 2/3 innings, walking seven batters but striking out eight.
Michael King was optioned to the alternate training site following Friday nights game. He threw 69 pitches over three scoreless innings.
