Deputies say a Williamson man faces a number of charges after a DWI crash along Rt. 104 on Friday.

It happened around 6 p.m. in the town of Sodus.

During the course of routine patrol- a deputy noticed a car off the road along the north side of Rt. 104 near the Sodus Vet Hospital. Upon further investigation it was determined that Angel Garcia, 33, of Williamson had consumed alcohol beverages before driving.

Patrol administered standardized field sobriety tests, which showed signs of intoxication. That’s when a breath test was administered, which revealed a BAC of 0.21%.
