One charged with reckless driving, 73-year-old pulled from overturned vehicle after violent crash at Eastview Mall

Deputies responded to the intersection of Eastview Mall Dr. and Commons Blvd. at Eastview Mall in Victor for the report of a two-vehicle crash.

Upon arrival deputies found one car rolled over on its side, smoking heavily. They first pulled a 73-year-old through the passenger side of one vehicle, before beginning an investigation into the cause of the crash.

Deputies say that Nimora Frazier, 40, of Rochester caused the crash. They concluded that Frazier was driving erratically, failed to stop at a stop sign within the mall parking lot, and entered the intersection of Eastview Mall Dr., which caused her to collide with an SUV operated by the 73-year-old.

The SUV went airborne after the collision- landing on its driver’s side.

Frazier was not hurt in the crash and was ticketed for reckless driving. The charges will be answered at a later date.

The extent of injuries and identity of the 73-year-old were not released.

Deputies were assisted by the Fisher’s Fire Department, Victor-Farmington Ambulance, and Wilmorite Security.
