Police: Man attacked, held woman against her will at Auburn home

Police say that on Wednesday around 10:12 p.m. officers responded to a domestic incident on Van Anden St. in the city of Auburn.

It was reported to police that Scott Kepler, 39, of Auburn illegally entered the victim’s residence around 6:20 p.m.- physically assaulting the person in the kitchen and living room.

During the incident it was further reported that Kepler struck the victim in the face and head- throwing a coffee, which hit the person causing additional injury while she was on the floor.
