The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 31-year-old Red Creek man after an investigation into two kids that were kicked out of a car.
Deputies responded to the intersection of School Street and Railroad Avenue in Victor to attempt to locate two juveniles who were believed to have been kicked out of a vehicle that had since left the area.
That vehicle, operated by Robert Capron, 31, of Red Creek left the children outside in 35 degree weather for approximately 30 minutes before first responders arrived.
One of the juveniles, an eight year old, only had a t-shirt and pants on.
Deputies with the assistance of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office responded to Red Creek about 30 minutes later, locating Capron, charging him with endangering the welfare of a child.
He’s due back in court at a later date to answer the charge.
