A 23-year-old Albion man was taken into custody on Sunday on an array of felony charges and traffic violations following a stop on Lake Street.
Police arrested Aaron S.C. Burnside, 23, of Albion following a traffic stop during the early-morning hours on Sunday.
During the traffic stop, officers recognized several signs of intoxication. He failed field sobriety tests, police say, which led to his arrest.
Police say that following a full-investigation Burnside was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony driving without a license, criminally using drug paraphernalia, speed in zone, and refusal to submit to a breath test.
All of the charges will be answered at a later date.
