Deputies say a 43-year-old Victor resident was charged with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Lynaugh Road.
William McAuliffe, 43, of Victor was stopped for not using a turn signal and failing to keep right.
He refused to submit to a chemical breath test and was charged with DWI, in addition to the other traffic violations.
The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
