The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Romulus man following a traffic stop on Route 96.
Deputies say Erich Minges, 51, of Romulus was charged with failure to keep right, felony DWI due to a previous conviction, as well as felony aggravated DWI.
He had a past conviction, and a BAC of more than .18%.
Minges was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges at a later date.
