A significant number of voters have already had their voices heard as part of the early voting process in New York.
That’s from officials at the state who outlined voter turnout thus far in the election process.
Early voting ended on Sunday, which allowed data to be pooled together on Monday.
Turnout in the Finger Lakes region varied between 15-23% turnout, which means approximately 75% of registered voters in most places still can cast ballots.
Overall, 2.5 million New Yorkers voted at a polling site between October 24th and November 2nd.
