Police report the arrest of a 50-year-old Waterloo driver following a crash on August 31st.
The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that the crash happened on North Road when Tammy Cook, 50, crossed the center line with her vehicle and struck another.
Investigation determined that she was under the influence of a controlled substance at the time of the crash.
Police say Cook was issued an appearance ticket for driving while intoxicated, driving while ability impaired by drugs, failure to keep right, and moving from lane unsafely.
Cook will appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
