A fiery Aaron Boone was tossed from Friday night’s game in the first inning at Yankee Stadium.
Already annoyed by John Tumpane’s strike zone, the Yankees manager was ejected by him in the bottom of first, with the Yanks trailing 3-0 to the Miami Marlins.
After Tumpane rang up Aaron Judge on a questionable called third strike that appeared below the knees, next batter Aaron Hicks received a borderline low strike call.
ICYMI: This is why Aaron Boone was so upset. Can’t blame him at all. Awful strike three call. #Yankees #Marlins
