Another child care center has opened in Auburn.
This one at Cayuga Community College’s Auburn campus.
A press release announced the move, and noted that it opened on September 8th.
“We realize that childcare is a huge hurdle for working families when school is not in session every day, and we wanted to do everything we could to help families during this difficult time,” center director Amanda Gould said in a press release.
It was a decision that came with consideration about the potential health implications.
“We have appropriate health measures in place to safely open the second location to more students and help meet the demand for child care in our area,” she added.
There are now two child care facilities being operated in Auburn by Cayuga Community College.
