On June 25th and 26th police concluded investigations involving four juveniles who engaged in acts of vandalism, theft, and burglary in the town of Seneca Falls.
The Seneca Falls Police Department says it spent several months investigating incidents involving a total of four juvenile males, whose names are being withheld due to age, between the months of February and March.
Police determined some of them entered an abandoned building and stole items, which were then damaged and later recovered after appearing to be concealed to impede their recovery.
Police say some of the juveniles are accused of vandalizing property around Town as well as stealing property. Total charges between the four include burglary – both felony and misdemeanor, criminal mischief, felony tampering, petit larceny, conspiracy, and others.
Three out of the four were petitioned to family court on all charges.
A fourth 16-year-old juvenile was charged as an adolescent offender and issued appearance tickets for both family court on some of the misdemeanor charges and is also scheduled to appear in Seneca County Supreme Court Youth Part to answer the felony charges.
