On May 11th troopers arrested Jacob McClure, 28, of Aurora for driving while intoxicated.
Troopers say McClure was stopped on Jamison Road in the town of Elma for speeding.
The investigating trooper detected alcohol and administered a field sobriety test.
A blood test confirmed that his BAC was over .08%.
McClure was processed and released to Elma Town Court.
