Old Pueblo Grill is coming to Victor.
The fast-casual hit, which has developed a strong reputation in the Rochester-area, will open a second location at the HighPoint development off Route 96.
One major change will be size. The new location will seat 75, while the original location on Russel Street only seats 45. The Victor location will also have an outdoor dining space.
Chef Joe Zolnierowski, an Arizona native, is excited about the new location. “I’m super excited about that area,” he said. Expectations are that the new fast-casual stop will fit in well with the New York Beer Project and Farmhouse Brewery.
The menu will be similar, but some changes are expected. The Victor location is expected to open in May.
