Fairport man who caused lockdown of Macedon school, threatened person with shotgun skips court

Fairport Police say the man accused of making threats in two counts, on multiple occasions, who then went missing before his scheduled court appearance – has been located.

Nicholas Jordan, 26, was arrested after he threatened a man in at least two separate incidents in early-January.

Police say he pulled a loaded shotgun on a man and, after being arrested, allegedly called the same man a few hours later and threatened to kill him.

That home was in Macedon, and prompted the temporary lockdown of the Gananda school.

He was supposed to appear in court on January 23rd, but did not show up. On Tuesday, Jordan was located again, and issued another appearance ticket.

He’s scheduled to appear on February 13th.
