A lawsuit filed against New York state’s vaccination law has reportedly been dismissed.
State Attorney General Letitia James said the lawsuit, F.F. on behalf of her minor children, et al v. State of New York, et al, was dismissed.
The lawsuit comes after the state passed a law in June that removed religious exemptions for immunizations.
“Vaccines ensure the health and safety of our children, our families, and our communities,” James said in a statement. “This law will help protect New Yorkers from experiencing any additional public health crises, which is why we vigorously defended it. We are pleased with the decision by the court.”
