Troopers arrest former Newark resident on forcible touching charges

New York State Police have announced the arrest of a man formerly from Newark, Wayne County for inappropriately touching children.

Gerard Wilson, 69, now lives in Warrenville, South Carolina.

State Police say his arrest comes from allegations from 2018.

He’s been charged with one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Forcible Touching.
