Investigators with the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Seneca Falls man following an investigation into a falsified application for public assistance.
Deputies say that Dennis Zwick, 42, of Seneca Falls was charged with first-degree offering a false instrument for filing, a felony, and welfare fraud, a misdemeanor.
The arrest stems from an investigation into an application, which deputies say was falsified. As result of the application – Zwick received benefits illegally.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
