93Q’s Ted & Amy inducted into New York State Broadcasters Hall of Fame

Neither Ted Long nor Amy Robbins entered the field of radio to be famous or win awards, but after 31 years on the air together, the well-known pair is going down in broadcasting history.

On Oct. 17, Ted and Amy of “Ted and Amy in the Morning” were inducted into the New York State Broadcasters Association Hall of Fame.

The feeling that they’re hall-of-famers is just starting to sink in.

Both born and raised in Central New York — the 93Q morning duo jokes their style and appearances have changed over the decades, but their voices and commitment to community have stayed the same.

Other changes over their long-running career — are technology and social media.
