The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 32-year-old driver on felony charges – including DWI Leandra’s Law.
Police say Leslie Tewksbury, 32, of Seneca Falls was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while ability impaired by drugs, both of which are felonies due to a prior conviction – as well as DWI Leandra’s Law.
Tewksbury was involved in a crash on September 24th in the Town of Seneca Falls. Investigation determined that she caused the crash, and was also found to be impaired by drugs.
Police say Tewksbury had a 6-year-old passenger in the vehicle at the time.
She was released on appearance tickets.
