On Saturday the New York State health commissioner issued a warning to vape users in the state.
“I am urging New Yorkers to stop using vape products while the investigation into the definitive cause of reported vaping-associated illnesses nationwide can be better determined.” said Dr. Howard Zucker, the state health commissioner.
He also clarified that the state will be testing all vape products within the state’s Medical Marijuana Program.
This comes after three people died to vaping related illnesses.
