If you thought last winter was bad, just wait, Farmers’ Almanac says.
The annual reference book is calling for a “Polar Coaster Winter” this year, with temperature swings so wild it’ll feel like you’re on a theme park ride.
If you put stock in the Farmers’ Almanac, despite its reliance on what many meteorologists refer to as pseudoscience, you’d better buckle — or should we say bundle — up.
“We expect yet another wild ride this winter,” said Peter Geiger, editor of the Farmers’ Almanac in a news release. “Our extended forecast is calling for yet another freezing, frigid, and frosty winter for two-thirds of the country.”
