Business remain open near downtown Auburn sewer work

Although a portion of East Genesee Street in Auburn remains partially restricted, nearby businesses continue to operate normally.

The bend of the street from Market Street to Seminary Avenue was reduced to single-lane traffic last week to make way for sewer work brought on by a major blockage. A few on-street parking spots are also temporarily closed.
