Auburn driver charged for having suspended license, loose cargo on way to Seneca Meadows

On July 15th at approximately 2:30 p.m. officers with the Seneca Falls Police Department charged an Auburn man with driving with a suspended license following a series of complaints to the Seneca County 911 Center.

Police say that David Quimby, Jr., 39, of Auburn was found to be operating a vehicle without a valid license.

He was charged with failure to cover loose cargo and aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree.

The charge related to loose cargo pertained to the caller reports, which after investigation were validated. Tires from Quimby’s vehicle were falling onto the roadway due to the cargo being unsecured on the truck.

Police say that Quimby was bringing the cargo to Seneca Meadows Landfill located on State Route 414.

The tickets are returnable to Seneca Falls Town Court.
