Rose man arrested on felony charges after string of burglaries, thefts

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Rose man following an investigation into several local burglaries.

According to deputies, Dylan Schute, 31, of Rose was charged with forgery, possession of a forged instrument, burglary, and grand larceny; all of which are felony charges. He was also charged with petit larceny, which is a Class A misdemeanor.

The charges follow a string of burglaries and thefts in the area, according to deputies.

Schute was arrested and transported to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment. The charges will be answered at a later date.
