Zoning board ok’s new use for former Seneca Falls school

The town Zoning Board of Appeals Thursday approved a use variance to allow the former St. Patrick’s School to be used as a fitness center, professional offices, cafe and salon.

The ZBA approved the application for the variance from Kingsley Kabari. His purchase offer for the vacant school at 81 W. Bayard St.was accepted by St. Francis-St. Claire Parish March 29, contingent upon him getting the variance.
