The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a 30-year-old city resident on felony charges following a violent incident on June 5th.
At approximately 12:55 p.m. officers were called to an address on Green Street for a fight. Officers responded to the address where it was alleged that Dyllon Osborne, 30, of Canandaigua placed another male in a choke-hold, thereby restrict blood flow and breathing of the male victim.
The victim became light-headed as result, according to police.
Osborne was charged with strangulation, a Class D felony.
The male victim did not require medical treatment, according to police.
