An Auburn woman with a past drunk driving conviction was arrested this week on charges that she drove while intoxicated again, New York State Police said Wednesday in a press release.
Melissa A. Dugan, 28, had been operating a motor vehicle on Hamilton Road in Brutus with a blood alcohol content greater than .08% and while in possession of an open container, troopers said. She had been previously convicted of DWI within the last 10 years, elevating her charge this week to a felony.
