The Auburn Planning Board on Tuesday approved an approximately 92,000-square foot expansion to Currier Plastics, a move which the company says could add 40 to 50 jobs over the next five to seven years.
The planning board unanimously approved two separate resolutions for the project. The first accepted that the project would not have significant negative impact on the environment, and would not require action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act.
