Deputies: Rochester man arrested on felony charges after Wayne Co. domestic incident

A Rochester man is facing felony charges after deputies were called to a domestic incident on Tuesday around 8:30 p.m. in the Town of Ontario.

Daniel Simmons Jr., 28, of Rochester was charged with felony criminal mischief. The charge stems from a domestic incident – where Simmons intentionally destroyed property belonging to another person.

The damage totaled approximately $260, according to deputies.

Deputies say that Simmons was transported to the Wayne County Jail and will answer the charges at a later date.
