A pair of Wayne County residents have been indicted on charges related to the March murder of a Greece man.
Aries Ash, 30, and Charisse Walton, 36, both face second-degree murder charges, along with first-degree robbery, weapons possession, and kidnapping charges.
The two are accused of killing 43-year-old Maximillan Cook. They’re further accused of dismembering him in the basement of a vacant home in Syracuse.
A pursuit led to their arrest in the city of Rochester after their vehicle crashed into a garbage truck.
