After more than four hours of discussion Tuesday night, the town's Heritage Preservation Commission voted 6-0 to state that the proposed demolition of the Huntington Building has many unanswered environmental issues to address.
The HPC will tell state Supreme Court and building owner Peter Koch that they cannot make a decision on a demolition permit and a permit for a new gas station and convenience store until the environmental issues are addressed.
