Police say a 35-year-old North Rose man was arrested on felony charges following a disabled vehicle complaint along Pilgrimport Road in Lyons.
According to Troopers Robert C. Kendall, 35, of North Rose was charged with felony driving while intoxicated (previous conviction within ten years), aggravated driving while intoxicated, operating out of ignition interlock restriction, refusal to submit to a breath test, possession of an open container, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating out of class, failure to use designated lane and speeding.
Troopers responded to a disabled vehicle on Pilgrimport Road in the Town of Lyons. Kendall was placed under arrest after failing a standard field sobriety test.
He was transported to State Police Headquarters in Lyons where a breath test was not administered.
State Police say he refused.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
