Deputies: Man arrested after being banned from del Lago

Deputies say a Pittsford man was arrested in Seneca County after he entered the del Lago Resort & Casino, from which he had earlier been banned.

James Samuel Miller, 22, of Pittsford arrested following an incident at del Lago.

Deputies say that he was charged with trespassing after earlier being told to leave the premises; and that he was banned from returning to the casino.

Miller was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
