Now the time has come to downsize their living space and the 5,577 square-foot home on 4.4 acres just listed with Sarah McAuliffe of Judy's Broker Network for $975,000.
The gated estate was once in the Golisano family, as the billionaire Paychex founder Tom Golisano, purchased it for his daughter. Grace bought the estate from the family who purchased it from the Golisanos.
A private oasis is what Song Hill Manor is akin to. Located in a residential area, the home backs to farmland.
A circular driveway with an island greets visitors to the Georgian Revival mansion. The elegant front entryway features a three story foyer with an expansive living room highlighted by tray ceilings. The floor to ceiling windows overlooks the back yard.
There's a dining room that's fit for a banquet with built-in china cabinets. The gourmet kitchen has a red granite island with an adjoining family room with a fireplace. Grace loves to entertain and the home easily fits 200 guests, she said.
