The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Williamson resident following an incident that occurred on January 12th.
Shannon Jones, 34, of Williamson is accused of being involved in an altercation inside a vehicle on State Route 104 in Sodus. During that incident – Jones allegedly choked another occupant of the vehicle and then damaged one of the car’s doors.
The Sheriff’s Office reports that Jones was charged with criminal mischief, criminal obstruction of breathing, and harassment on Tuesday.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Wayne County Jail without bail.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
