Sit and Talk

An event every week that begins at 5:30 PM on Thursday, repeating until February 25, 2021
Meditation is called “sitting” by those who practice regularly. In each of our 40-minute Zoom meetings, we alternate “silent sits” with open discussion. Topics are geared toward deepening connection to oneself, our neighbors, the environment, and our global community. We include discussion of meditation techniques across cultures.
