Canandaigua police arrested Timothy Strassner, 44, on Oct. 6 after a warrant was issued over a missed City Court appearance.
The underlying case involved charges of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding in a zone and unlicensed operation, according to the department's Oct. 20 arrest blotter.
He was taken to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
