Two people were arrested Tuesday after State Police said troopers found suspected methamphetamine, LSD and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop in Southport.
Troopers stopped a 2016 Chevrolet on State Route 14 at about 1:35 a.m. for vehicle and traffic violations, according to a State Police release.
Makayla Noyes, 33, of Lindley, and Scott Keetch, 51, of Pine City, were each charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class A misdemeanor.
Noyes was also issued multiple vehicle and traffic law violations.
Both were processed at the State Police barracks in Horseheads and issued appearance tickets for Southport Town Court on Nov. 5.
