Geneva police charged a 42-year-old city man with aggravated harassment after he allegedly made repeated threats to harm a domestic partner.
Nathaniel Parara was arrested Sept. 29 on Exchange Street after a domestic incident, according to a police release issued Thursday.
Police charged him with second-degree aggravated harassment.
Parara was taken to CAP court, where a stay-away order of protection was issued. He was released without bail pending his next court date, which the release did not specify.
