Waterloo police charged a local man with trespass and disorderly conduct after officers said he refused to leave a business where he had previously been banned.
Justin Voorhees, 45, of Waterloo was arrested at about 12:49 a.m. Sept. 30, according to the Waterloo Police Department.
Police said Voorhees used obscene language and gestures at the business and would not leave when told to do so.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date, police said.
