A 20-year-old Dundee man was arrested early Oct. 2 at the Yates County Public Safety Building on an Ontario County bench warrant for failure to appear, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Marcus W. Chilson was taken into custody around 12:02 a.m. in Penn Yan.
Deputies transported Chilson to Ontario County, where he was turned over to Ontario County sheriff’s deputies and held for arraignment.
The release did not identify the underlying case or provide an arraignment outcome.
