Seneca Falls man faces charges after domestic incident

Seneca Falls man faces charges after domestic incident

A Seneca Falls man faces felony and misdemeanor charges following a domestic incident reported to town police.

The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department said it arrested Nicholas Hodge, 32, at 8:06 a.m. Sept. 23. Police charged him with aggravated family offense, a felony, and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, a misdemeanor.

The department did not provide further details about the incident or the conduct underlying the charges.

Police said Hodge was processed at the department and then taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. An order of protection was requested for the victim, according to the release.
