Mary Malaney and fellow performers will bring a Halloween-themed cabaret to the Hangar Theatre in Ithaca on Sunday, Oct. 11, to raise money for its KIDDSTUFF children's theater series.
The all-ages show runs from 3 to 5 p.m. in the theater's tented backyard performance space at 801 Taughannock Blvd., according to the Hangar Theatre event listing. Malaney will perform songs from spooky and horror-themed musicals with Emily Marx, Adam Simancas, Nicholas Carroll, Rebecca Rand and CJ Roche. Ben Kapilow will accompany them on piano.
The theater said guests may dress as a musical character for a costume contest. A cash bar and seasonal treats will be available, and the Costume Shop will hold a vintage clothing sale before and after the show and during intermission.
Tickets start at $15 for students and artists. Regular tickets cost $25, with higher-priced supporter options available through the theater's event page.
