The Yates County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a man wanted on menacing and harassment charges.
Terry L. Atwater is wanted for third-degree menacing and second-degree harassment, according to a wanted notice issued by the Sheriff’s Office.
The notice identifies Atwater as a white man born Nov. 11, 1948. He is described as 5 feet, 10 inches tall and about 160 pounds, with gray hair and hazel eyes.
The Sheriff’s Office did not provide information about the incident that led to the charges or where Atwater was last known to be.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Yates County Sheriff’s Office at 315-536-4438.
