Three people, including two children, were taken to a hospital after a two-car crash Sunday afternoon at state Route 104 and Rotterdam Road in Sodus, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said a 2016 Ford Fusion failed to yield at the intersection around 3:46 p.m. Sept. 20 and collided with a 2016 Subaru Forester.
The Subaru’s driver and two passengers, ages 8 and 6, were injured. Wayne County EMS took them to Newark-Wayne Community Hospital for evaluation of injuries described by the sheriff’s office as not life-threatening.
Both vehicles were damaged, the sheriff’s office said. The release did not identify the people involved or say whether any tickets were issued.
