A Clyde man faces three charges after deputies said he entered a neighbor's home and damaged the front door during a dispute.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office arrested Clayton M. Hermanet, 22, of Glasgow Street, on Sept. 15 following its investigation of the incident in the village.
Deputies charged Hermanet with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree harassment.
The sheriff's office alleged that Hermanet entered the neighbor's residence without permission and damaged the door as he went inside.
Hermanet was processed and released on an appearance ticket directing him to appear in Galen Town Court at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 23.
