A Watkins Glen woman was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop in the town of Dix, according to the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office.
Elizabeth L. Schumacher, 26, was charged with DWI and aggravated DWI for allegedly having a blood alcohol content above 0.18% following the Aug. 8 stop on State Route 414.
Deputies did not provide additional details about what prompted the stop.
Schumacher was issued uniform traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Dix Town Court at a later date.
