A Seneca Falls man faces two charges following an alleged domestic dispute in the town of Tyre, according to the Seneca County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies arrested Thomas R. Evans, 32, on Sept. 5 and charged him with aggravated family offense and endangering the welfare of a child.
The sheriff's office did not provide additional details about the dispute or identify the relationship between those involved.
Evans was arraigned through Seneca County's centralized arraignment process and later released.
